Location

The Lafayette Hearing Center is located on the northwest corner of South Street and 18th Street, across the street from Walgreens. If you are driving on I-65 take the State Road 26 exit at Lafayette, go west on 26 (also known as South Street), go past Home Hospital, continue west until you see the office which will be on the right (north) side of the road. Parking is on the east side of the building, before you get to the traffic light.

If you are traveling from West Lafayette take Hwy 26 through downtown Lafayette, continue east, across 18th Street. The office will be on the left side of the road. Parking is on the east, just past the building. How to get to the Lafayette Hearing Center
